  • Allergies to topical anaesthetics

  • Keratosis, facial psoriasis or eczema near the treated area (rashes, acne, sunburn, etc.)

  • If you have a transmittable blood disease such as HIV or hepatitis

  • Accutane in the past year

  • Tendency towards keloid skin

  • Seborrheic dermatitis

  • Viral infections and/ or diseases

  • Chemical peel within the last few weeks

  • Medications, treatments, or illness that compromises the immune system

  • Diabetes, Chemotherapy and any other Medical conditions consult your doctor (must provide doctor's note)

 

If you have a serious medical condition you must come with a doctor’s note stating the condition and the clearance to proceed with cosmetic tattooing. Brows By Jenny will not be held accountable for any unforeseen situations during your session.

 

If you arrive with any of the contraindications or have problematic skin around the procedure area (pimples, blemishes , irritated skin, sunburn) you will forfeit your deposit because we cannot proceed with the treatment.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any service at any given time.

RESTRICTIONS/CONTRAINDICATIONS

MAKE SURE YOU ARE QUALIFIED PRIOR BOOKING

To avoid last-minute cancellations due to being unsuitable for cosmetic tattooing, we strongly recommend ensuring you are a good candidate before booking. Please note that retainer fees are non-refundable. It's important to align your social events with the aftercare guidelines to achieve the best results.

 

Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as we typically book appointments far in advance and must turn away potential clients to hold your spot. Thank you for understanding!

 

A consultation is included on the day of your procedure to discuss any questions, concerns, and your lifestyle. If you prefer to meet in person before booking, you can schedule a 30-minute consultation. However, please note that this does not guarantee you will have the procedure done on the same day. We will need to rebook another session when you are ready.

DEPOSIT

To confirm your booking, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit, which will be deducted from your total treatment cost. The remaining balance is to be paid in full on the day of your treatment, and we accept both cash and all major credit cards.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Keep in mind that the $100 deposit for securing your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. If there's a need to cancel or move your appointment, do let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will lead to forfeiting your deposit. In the scenario of a no-show without prior notice, a charge equivalent to 100% of your appointment value will be incurred.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not available, as we take the time to thoroughly go through the appointment and follow the client's feedback during the sample session to ensure the best results. It is important that clients follow the steps to completing the process properly for optimal results.

 
LATE OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS

We recommend that clients arrive 10-20 minutes ahead of their scheduled appointment to fill out necessary paperwork and get comfortable. If you are going to be late, kindly inform us as soon as possible. Being more than 15 minutes late will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, as it will be considered a no-show. To reschedule, a new deposit will be required. Continual missed appointments may result in us having to decline future appointment requests.

 
INITIAL VISIT

During your first visit, it is mandatory for all clients to bring a government-issued photo ID, carefully read and sign a consent and release form, and complete a health history form to ensure that your skin is in good condition before receiving any treatment. A mandatory consultation will also be conducted to determine the desired look for your brows and to assess whether it is obtainable.

 
BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOGRAPHS

The artists will take photographs of their work before and after the treatment for various purposes such as client records, insurance, and social media. Before photographs are also crucial to evaluate the healed results during the perfecting session.

 

We understand the significance of maintaining our clients' privacy and therefore, edit the photos to show only the treated area. If desired, the client may choose to waive the use of their Before & After photos on social media.

 
RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED
The outcome of the cosmetic tattooing process may differ for each client once the brows have healed. We will work with you to ensure that the final shape is to your liking, and the treatment will not begin until you approve of the shape.
 
Although following the aftercare instructions diligently is crucial, we have no control over the healing process and therefore cannot guarantee how the healed results will appear.
 
Typically, two treatments are sufficient to achieve a natural-looking result, but you may still need to use a pencil or powder to attain your desired brow. If you are seeking a more intense look, it may require additional sessions, which will be charged accordingly.
 
PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP

If you are considering a cover-up or re-work of previously tattooed or microbladed eyebrows, please send a clear photo to Info.browsbyjenny@gmail.com before scheduling an appointment.

 

We must assess the workability of your eyebrows and cannot guarantee results in these cases. In situations where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, we may recommend tattoo removal before starting the cover-up or re-work.

 

COLOR BOOST

Timing for Color Boost sessions is determined based on the date of the client's last treatment, whether it was a touch-up or color boost. It is important to note that all Color Boost appointments must be scheduled at least three months apart.

 

Please be aware that we only offer Color Boosts for Ombre Powder Brows that were initially done at our studio.

 

PRICING

Please be aware that our pricing is subject to change over time. However, if you have already booked an appointment, we will honor the pricing that was in effect at the time of booking.

NO GUEST POLICY

To ensure a calm and professional atmosphere during the cosmetic tattooing procedure, we ask that only the client and the artist be present in the treatment room. Guests are welcome to wait in the designated area and are kindly requested to use headphones if listening to any audio. If guests need to take phone calls, we request that they step outside of the studio.

 

For safety and hygiene reasons, children are not allowed in the treatment area as per the regulations of the Florida Department of Health. We appreciate your cooperation and respect for our policies.
